Lou Landers is a highly accomplished pole dance instructor, who has been teaching at Pole Divas since 2006. Our original “sensitive skin” Brand Ambassador for X-Pole Australia & Pole Physics, Lou joined our team when we launched the Stainless poles back in 2013.

Lou’s experience as a pole dancing instruction is extensive, having taught all levels from Beginners to Advanced, Elite, and Professional. Her passion for pole dance is evident in the way she teaches and the impact she has had on her students. Lou has taught competed and judged Pole dancing all over the world.

Before pursuing her career in pole dance instruction, Lou studied her diploma in Performing Arts and Musical Theatre at Dance Factory. This gave her the opportunity to work for Disney special events company and allowed her to travel and perform all over the world in this role. She also attended classes at the National Institute of Circus Arts to help further her aerial skills.

Lou’s impact on the pole dance community cannot be overstated. Her passion for the sport, combined with her extensive knowledge and experience, have made her an inspiration and role model for many aspiring pole dancers

Lou focuses now on teaching and coaching and instructor education.
