Strength & Control: The Power of Static

Looking for strength and control, above anything else? X-SPORT - the ideal choice for those purely focused on static pole work, whether for strength training, tricks, or controlled transitions. As a static-only pole, it does not spin, making it perfect for polers looking to build power and precision in their movements.

Designed with renter-friendly pressure mounting, it requires no screws or permanent fixtures, though it must be securely installed beneath a ceiling joist or structural beam to ensure stability and prevent damage to your ceiling or pole. Without proper support, there is a risk of instability, so careful placement is essential for safety.

The X-SPORT accommodates standard ceiling heights ranging from 2235mm to 2745mm without additional extensions, but for higher ceilings, extensions allow it to fit spaces up to 3370mm. For those who want an even more permanent setup, the (Sports) Fixed Ceiling Mount is available, ensuring extra security for long-term use!

Spin, Flow & Elevate: The Ultimate X-PERT Experience

Seeking static, but with the option to spin, or spinning with the option of static?

The X-PERT NXN is a spinning pole that also offers the versatility of a static mode, making it an excellent choice for dancers who love the fluidity of spin but still want the option to switch between modes. Unlike the X-SPORT, the X-PERT NXN allows users to adjust between static and spin using a simple allen key, making it a great option for those looking to expand their skill set. Like all pressure-mounted poles, it must be installed beneath a ceiling joist or structural beam to provide proper support - this is crucial to avoid damage to both the ceiling and the pole while ensuring user safety.

The NXN is renter-friendly, requiring no permanent fixings, but for those who prefer a more secure installation, the Fixed Home Ceiling Mount is available as an alternative. The standard height range is 2285mm to 2785mm, but with extensions, it can accommodate ceilings up to 3410mm, making it adaptable to a variety of spaces.

Want all the above but a one second transition between spin/static modes? Look no further! The X-PERT Pro PX Set is the ultimate choice for polers who frequently transition between static and spin, whether for competition training, performances, or high-level practice.

Like the X-PERT NXN, it offers both static and spinning modes, but instead of using an allen key, the newly upgraded X-LOCK mechanism allows for an instant switch between modes with just a lift and twist. This makes it incredibly efficient for dancers who need to transition quickly without interrupting their flow.

Like other pressure-mounted poles, the PX must be installed under a structural beam or ceiling joist to ensure safety and prevent damage, and it is also renter-friendly for those who require a non-permanent setup. For added security, the Fixed Home Ceiling Mount can be used as a more permanent option. Standard ceiling heights between 2275mm and 2770mm are supported, with extensions allowing the pole to fit rooms up to 3400mm high, offering flexibility for different spaces.

Pole Anywhere, Anytime: The Freedom of Freestanding

Ceiling way too tall or not solid enough to use a pressure-mounted pole?

Meet the X-STAGE, featuring our highly sought-after Stage Base & Pole Insert - your perfect freestanding option.

Designed to be fully self-supported, it does not require a ceiling joist or beam, making it perfect for those with incompatible ceilings or those who want to train outdoors. Like our X-PERT's, it features both static and spin modes, which can be adjusted using an allen key.

If setting up indoors or under cover, it’s important to ensure your ceiling height is at least 3200mm. If your ceiling is lower, simply subtract 1650mm from your total ceiling height - the remaining measurement will determine the perfect extension size (or the next smallest available option).

With its freedom of placement and easy setup, the Stage Base & Pole Insert is the go-to choice for polers who want flexibility without the constraints of ceiling-mounted poles. You also have the added bonus of a range of accessories you can add to the stage eg LyraPole or silkii to mix up your training.

Grip: Finding the Right Pole Finish for You

Once you’ve chosen your perfect X-POLE model, the next important factor is grip. The right pole finish can make a huge difference in your training experience, influencing how well you hold onto the pole, how much maintenance is required, and how it performs with sweat or dry skin!

If you need high grip, silicone poles are our grippiest option - so much so that you’ll need to wear clothes to use them. They’re an excellent choice for children, beginners, or anyone who prefers to pole fully clothed (ideal if you have nosy flatmates!).

Brass is the best 'grippy' option among traditional metal finishes, offering superior grip due to its naturally porous surface, making it a favourite for sweaty hands or humid environments.

Powder-coated poles also provide excellent grip when clean, but they can become slippery if not regularly maintained or when exposed to excessive sweat. If brass is outside your budget, a powder-coated pole is a great alternative - just be prepared to clean it more often for optimal grip.

For medium grip, stainless steel and chrome are nearly identical in look and performance - (specifically X-POLE’s stainless steel). These finishes are ideal for those who want a more balanced grip level without too much stickiness. The choice between them often comes down to budget, location and personal preference - stainless steel is more durable and hypoallergenic, making it a better long-term investment if you need a hard-wearing, non-coated finish. However, if you’ve learned on stainless but are looking for a more affordable option, chrome is a fantastic alternative that closely mimics the feel of stainless steel.
